MILD NSFW: anything that doesn't involve explicit sexual intercourse or genitalia, for example, characters in lingerie, partial nudity, BDSM clothing that doesn't expose genitalia, suggestive poses, implied sex, etc. I'm also okay with explicit jokes/references.MILD GORE: bruises, bleeding, wounds, scars, nosebleeds, etc.If you're unsure about what I'm willing to draw, you can contact me directly via twitter dms!

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

COMMISSION PROCESS- All communication will be done on Twitter/X direct messages. This is where I'll send check-ins and clients can request edits and approve progress of the artwork along the way.- Estimated time for completing a commission can be between 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the complexity and my personal circumstances.- Please be prepared to send references (poses, outfits, character design, etc) and other important information I may need to know.- Final work will be emailed with full resolution and no watermark for personal/private use. A lower resolution, watermarked version will be sent for you to post/share the artwork online.PAYMENTS- All prices are in $CAD- 50% upfront payment, the rest must be paid upon approval of the initial sketch.- All payments must be made through Paypal- Clients are responsible for any conversion rates.REVISIONS- A reasonable amount of revisions can be made in the sketching phase.- A reasonable amount of minor edits can be made after completion.REFUND POLICY- Full refunds are allowed before the sketch is approved.- Anything past the flat colouring stage is not eligible for a full refund- Partial refunds are allowed depending on how far my progress is- If I'm unable to complete your commission for any personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE- All commissions are made for personal use. Any use of my work for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is prohibited.- I have the right to decline clients involved in blockchain activities, NFTs, cryptocurrency, A.I. technologies, and anything similar.- I prohibit clients from using my work in blockchain-related and/or A.I. technologies (i.e. NFTs, cryptocurrency, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).- I do not approve of my artwork being used to train A.I. and other related technology.COPYRIGHT- I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.- Client can share the finished commission piece anywhere online as long as it has my watermark and full credit is given.
